The Water and Gas Office is responsible for billing customers for City water, gas, and sewer services. The Water and Gas Office also offers budget billing for homeowners who wish to participate.

Bills, notices, and refunds are mailed to the customer at the address listed on file at the Water and Gas office. Meters are read and billed monthly. Bills are due and payable by the due date printed at top of bill. If bills are not paid within ten days, services may be terminated without further notice. Automatic Bank withdrawal is available by completing an application form at the Water and Gas Office.
To discontinue service, notice must be given to the Water and Gas office. Otherwise, the customer shall remain liable for all services used until the notification is given.
