Job Creation Tax Incentive information is available  (February 3, 2010) A new Job Creation Tax Incentive Policy has recently been adopted by the City of Elizabethtown. An eligible business that adds any new job(s) to its overall payroll for the tax year beginning January 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2010 may be entitled to a rebate of fifty (50) percent of any and all occupational taxes withheld on the gross wages paid by said new job(s) during the same tax year.
